We invite you to commit to a full 30 days with Breev to truly experience the difference.
We're so confident, we INSIST you use it for 30 full days.
Why 30 days? Because real change takes time. Days 1-10 are adjustment. Days 11-20 are breakthrough. Days 21-30 are freedom.
Our promise:
Give Breev an honest 30-day trial. Use it daily. Follow the process. If you're not completely transformed by day 30, you have 7 days to claim your refund.
Simple process:
- Days 1-30: Use Breev daily (this is crucial for success)
- Days 31-37: Not satisfied? Email support@breev.shop
- Return the device + any unopened cores*
- Full refund minus opened cores and our shipping cost
*For hygiene reasons, opened cores cannot be returned (just like you wouldn't return used vape pods).

Returns initiated due to customer error may incur a £10 fee to cover delivery, return, and restocking fees. For example: ordering two starter kits by mistake, and needing to return one.
1. Scope & Eligibility
- Applies to purchases from Breev.shop.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to request a return or replacement.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
- Due to health/hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cores, unless they arrived defective or damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@breev.shop or via the “Support” page within days 31-37 of delivery.
- Please provide your order number, the reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.
- Once approved, we'll email you return instructions and a shipping label.
4. Shipping Your Return
- Use the provided label, pack items securely, and send within 7 days of label issuance.
- The return shipping cost is initially covered by you, unless due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refund Processing
- We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt.
- If approved, a refund (excluding any original shipping fee) is issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If declined (e.g., item used or outside policy), we'll notify you and may return the item—shipping cost deducted from your refund.
7. Defective or Damaged Goods
- If there’s an issue, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- We’ll request a photo of the defect/damage, then issue a pre‑paid return label and send a replacement or refund once verified.
- Please note If your Breev order arrives damaged or has a defect, please let us know within 14 days of delivery so we can put this right.
8. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong item or quantity, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the order number and contents.
- We’ll send a pre‑paid return label and send the correct item promptly, or process a refund per your preference.
9. Exchanges
- We support direct exchanges. To exchange, please make us aware via support@breev.shop, please include a reason as well as the order number.
10. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order before it ships via email — you’ll receive a full refund. Please note we may not always be able to intercept this prior to dispatch.
- Once dispatched, standard return policy applies.
11. Refund Timing & Refund Method
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 business days after return approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If that method is no longer active, we’ll issue a Breev store credit instead.
12. Additional Info
- This policy adheres to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
